Payment Methods & Shipping

1. Credit / Debit / Pre-Paid Card (available soon)

You will get re-directed to a safe payment page of the Piraeus Bank, where you will be asked to insert your credit/debit/pre-paid card details. If your purchase is successful, you will automatically receive an electronic message to confirm your purchase.

Secure transactions

The payment process using your credit/debit/prepaid card is entirely handled by Piraeus Bank’s ePOS Paycenter service, ensuring the security of your transaction, the use of which does not affect the final cost of the order.

Kasimiotis Olive Oil company does not collect or save in any way your credit card details, therefore you will have to repeat the whole procedure in order to complete a purchase from our site.

2. Bank transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer.

In this case, the order remains in a “pending” state after its registration, until our accounting department confirms the deposit of the amount in one of the following bank accounts.

Please use the number of your order (Order ID) as a payment reference. Once you make the deposit, in order to avoid any delay in its processing, please send us a copy of the transaction to the email: info@kasimiotisoliveoil.com or inform us of the transaction number by phone at (+30) 27250 31712. Your order will be prepared for shipment when the transfer of the amount is completed.

The deposit of the advised amount can be made within 3 days to one of the following bank accounts. Beyond 3 days, your order may be canceled if there is no further information.

3. Cash on delivery

You will pay upon receipt of the products you ordered at the place you have indicated to us with a cash on delivery fee of €2. Cash on delivery is also a secure method of paying for purchases. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you also pay the amount due to the employee of the courier company that delivers the order to you.
