Find out how to return your order and get a refund

The purpose of our company “Kasimiotis Sofia Dionysios” henceforth Kasimiotis Olive Oil is to make you completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, however, you have the right of withdrawal, which is described in detail below. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel and return the products by following the procedure below. You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within an exclusive period of 15 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you received the products. Within the above deadline, you must inform Kasimiotis Olive Oil based in Logga Messinias, (+30) 2725031712, info@kasimiotisoliveoil.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear statement of withdrawal. Please complete and send us the refund form. It should be filled in completely with all the necessary information such as name, surname, email, phone, order number and comments if you wish.

In case you paid by cash on delivery, in the return form you should also fill in all the necessary information about the bank account, (account number, IBAN of the same account and name of the beneficiary), to which the money will be credited. You should enclose the fully completed return form with the product to be returned in its original packaging, or send it separately by e-mail. The shipping costs for the return of the products are charged to the customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Cancellations and returns are not valid for special orders (personalized, customized, etc.), where the products have been modified at your request, for damage caused when opening the item, damage or destruction of an item or parcel caused during its transportation, due to weather conditions, etc.

Exchange with another product

Return the order to us by courier or carrier of your choice at your own expense (return shipping), within five (5) calendar days. Inside the parcel you must enclose the proof of purchase. Please let us know the tracking number of the parcel. You are solely responsible for returning the item. Make sure it is transported safely and make sure the item is well packed. Kasimiotis Olive Oil assumes no responsibility for possible loss. Any damages, destruction of the object or destruction of the parcel, is not accepted nor can the exchange be completed free of charge. Quality control of items

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products that results from your improper handling. Upon receipt of the returned products, Kasimiotis Olive Oil will check their condition. The returned products must not be used and must be in the perfect condition in which you received them, both the same, as well as their packaging materials and any special markings. The quality of product repackaging is your responsibility. However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the products back and checked their condition, which should be in excellent condition, as it was when they were sent. Missing, damaged, worn, soiled items, which we objectively assess as having been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. If the above procedure and conditions are met, Kasimiotis Olive Oil will approve the withdrawal/return/change of the products and proceed with the agreed action.

Returns and exchanges of products purchased from Kasimiotis Olive Oil’s online store can be made at its physical store. The opposite procedure does not apply. In other words, you cannot change or return products you bought in a physical store, through the online store of Kasimiotis Olive Oil

Return of Incorrect or Defective Products

In the event that you receive a defective product or there was an error during the execution of your order, such as sending the wrong code, etc., in relation to what you ordered, you have the right to request its return/exchange, using the same procedure mentioned above of returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for damages or destruction of an item or parcel caused during its transport, by the handler, weather conditions, etc. Upon receipt of the returned product, Kasimiotis Olive Oil will check its condition and determine the defect or of the error in the execution of the order. If you wish to replace with another product, if there is availability, you will have to proceed with a new order, free of shipping charges. In case you do not wish to replace the product or this is not possible due to lack of availability, we will refund you the amount depending on your payment method. See below how.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, the return approval process, product inspection and refund process begin. The products are checked as to whether they meet the aforementioned terms and conditions. Once the return is accepted, you will be notified of your refund depending on your original payment method. Kasimiotis Olive Oil will process the refund as provided above using the same means of payment that you used in your original transaction.

Refunds in case of electronic card payment:

It will be carried out by crediting the amount to your card account.

Refunds in case of payment by cash on delivery:

Your refund will be made to the account number that you will indicate to us on the Refund Form. You will be asked to provide us with the name of the bank, the name of the account holder and the IBAN code.

Refunds in case of payment by deposit to a bank account:

Refunds are made through Piraeus Bank and we are not responsible for possible additional bank charges to the customer.
